Message Central/Front Desk
Message Central Voice Mail SoftwareMessage Central is a multi-line voice messaging software. It supports from 2 to 24 telephone lines simultaneously using any of the Voice Processing Boards supported by ITI's Multi-Voice Toolkit. Five thousand mailboxes can be configured in the system, each mailbox holding up to 30 messages. The length of the messages is configurable. When a user reaches a mailbox, he hears a greeting message. The subscriber can pre-record up to three greeting messages, one of which is made active using the Greeting option. The system uses a configurable number of digits to identify the mailboxes. These digits are entered by the user when calling the system. Or it can use a DID number to identify a mailbox. To retrieve the messages, the user calls the system, enter his mailbox number when asked, and interrupts the mailbox greeting using the '#' key on the telephone keypad. Front Desk Automated Attendant SoftwareFront Desk is a multi-line automated attendant software. It supports up to 24 telephone lines simultaneously, using any Voice Processing Boards supported by ITI's Multi-Voice Toolkit. Front Desk works in conjonction with the Message Central. For each call tranfer not completed, that is busy or not answered, the system automatically accesses the mailbox associated with the extension. Different extensions can be associated with a single mailbox. At any time, a live operator can be accessed by keypad. A simple directory can be heard by pressing '#' (pound key) when the user is asked to enter an extension number. The directory is a speech file pre-recorded by the system operator. System users can also reach their mailbox directly by entering '*' (star key) and the mailbox number and password. The Front Desk Features
Front Desk is probably the simplest Voice Mail/Automated Attendant software available on the market today. It is easily learned by internal users and easily used by outside callers. The Source CodeITI Software provides you with the source code of FRONT DESK and Message Central voice mail/automated attendant software. These programs, written in 'C' using the Multi-Voice toolkit are fully commented and you can use them to create your own voice mail product. Except for the one-time, up-front license fee, you don't have to pay any royalties or license fees to ITI Software to resell executable form of the software, whether or not you modify it. This way, you have complete control over the product you ITI Software will fully support the technical aspect of the program, at no charge. All 'C' modules are compiled using Borland 'C'.
