Dating System With Chat

This page describes our Dating system with live conferencing (1 to 1 chat). 

Dating System Features

General 

  • Support for up to 96 lines (in 16 (analog), 24 (T1/ISDN) or 30 (E1 /ISDN) lines increments). 
  • Uses regular analog inbound only lines (or business (Centrex)) and one or more 900/976 line(s), options for T1 / E1 and ISDN
  • Can handle thousands of calls per day (5000 or even more). 
  • Multilingual capacity (English, Spanish, French & others). 
  • 30 000 PIN protected Mailboxes. 
  • 900 / 976 line automated billing
  • Mailboxes can receive up to 25 messages, messages can be archived (saved). 
  • Free for women, free access for men, men are only charged when messages are sent or received (1 minute flat rate per message, charged only on sending msg. in "live" section). Conferences are timed and charged. 
  • Manager's recordable promotional messages (2, One for men and one for women). 
  • Happy hour contest 
    • free time for men if user press the right key. 
    • for women, a message is recorded to give gift. 
  • Users can block messages from given live users. 
  • In all menus, 9 is used to repeat the menu, and 0 gives membership information. 
  • Configurable maximum online time for non-members. 
  • Automated unused accounts purging
  • User get's notified when receiving a live message so they can listen and reply to the message and then resume their activity where they were. 
  • Configurable free registration and free trial periods. Female and male voice prompts (Female voice for men users and vice-versa). 


User's Features 

  •  One to one conferencing 
    • Browse trough presentation messages of men / women currently online. 
    • Send "live" message or request for live conversation. 
    • Wait for new users. 
    • Block unwanted messages from user. 
  • Browsing through classified presentation message. Get all message in category or only new messages from the past week. 
  • Retreive received message from personal mailbox (Voice Mail). New Messages / Saved Message / All Message. 
  • Send messages to known mailboxes (Voice Mail). 
  • Listen to or Edit presentation message or change category. 
  • Change user account's PIN number.
  • Send comment or suggestion message to management. 
  • Get the remaining time in their account (men only). 
  • Get membership information (How to buy time) (men only).

System management and billing

  • All system management is done localy or remotely through phone interface. 
  • All presentation messages have to be validated by system administrator, to avoid legal problems. 
  • Automatic billing trough 900 / 976 line for anonymity and instantaneous time purchases. 
  • Optional automatic credit card verification.
  • Functions to add time to accounts for credit card / cash time sales. 
  • Functions to pre-create accounts for retail outlet sales.

System Flow 

  • System answers and ask for user id, if user is not a member yet, the system will create a new user id. 
  • System tells if user has new messages, and verify the user's presentation message is valid, if not, a new message will be recorded. 
  • If a promotional message exists, it is played here. 
  • If the happy hour let the users participate in contest.



Main Menu

      1 - Classified ads 

    • Ask sub-categories (relation type and age) 
    • Ask if user wants all messages or last seven day messages 
    • Tell number of messages 
    • Play messages 

    • 1 - Reply to message 2 - Listen to the message again 3 - Next message 4 - Previous message 5 - Skip five messages 6 - Enter a message index number 7 - Message owner information (mailbox no and category) 

    2 - Live menu 

    • listen to messages of users on-line, send messages, etc... 
    • Tells how many compatible users, if nobody's online, system gives the 
    • choice to wait or go back to main menu. 
    • Plays message 

    • 1 - Send conference request 
      2 - Send conference message (recipient can't conference) 
      3 - Next message 
      4 - Previous message 
      5 - Message owner information (mailbox no and category) 
      6 - Wait for newly arrived user 
      7 - Block messages from this user 

    3 - Access mailbox 

      1 - New messages 
      2 - Saved messages 

      • Plays messages and received date 

      • 1 - Reply 
        2 - Message owner information (mailbox no and category) 
        3 - Erase message 
        4 - Save and go to next 
        5 - Replay 

    4 - Send message to a known mailbox 

    • Ask destination mailbox number 
    • Plays destination user presentation message 
      • 1 - Record message 
        2 - Plays entered mailbox number 
        3 - To send a message to an other user 
        5 - Message owner information (mailbox no and category) 

    5 - Edit own presentation message, and sub-category (age and relation type) 

    • Plays current category and ask for confirmation, user can change category here. 
    • If recorded message exist, it is played, and ask for replacement confirmation 
    • Record new message 

    6 - Personal options 

      1 - Change password 
      2 - Send a suggestion or comment message to system administrator 
      3 - Tells remaining time (men only) 

    9 - To repeat this menu 

    0 - Membership information 

       

    STAR - For administrator access (hidden choice) 

    • Wait 1 second for access code (2 passwords with different rights) 

    • 1 - Validate new presentation messages 
      2 - Account management menu 
      • Enter user number: If number exist 

      • 1 - Plays user's password and ad 
        2 - Account time management 
        3 - Delete member's ad 
        4 - Delete account 
      • If number does not exist, then offers to create account 

      3 - System messages management Recording of promotional messages 
      4 - System statistics (can be reset) 
      5 - Listen to comment and suggestion messages 
      6 - Happy hour management 
      7 - Set number of minutes given when accessing 976 line (to buy time automatically), can be changed for promotional day. 
      8 - Administrator password management (available only to main password) 
      STAR - Special membership management (available only to main password) 
      POUND - To go back to main system entry point 



On receiving a "Live" message 

  • Play message 
  • Menu: 

  • 1- Reply to sender with "live conversation" request 
    2- Reply to sender with live message 
    3- Do not reply (ignore message) 
    4- Listen to user category and presentation message 
    5- Replay Message 
    6- Block message from this user (Message sender) 



On receiving a "Live Conversation request" message 

  • Play message 
  • Menu: 

  • 1- Accept "Live conversation request" (Establish a one to one conference) 
    2- Reply to sender with live message 
    3- Do not reply (refuse conference request) 
    4- Listen to user category and presentation message 
    5- Replay Message 
    6- Block message from this user (Message sender) 



Statistics 

  • On screen or from telephone interface statistics 
  • 976 line call counter 
  • Number of calls for men and women 
  • Amount of online time for men and women 
  • Amount of minutes charged 
  • Number of mailboxes 
  • Note: The following options are available from a second machine and require that a small network be installed to link the management machine to the dating / conferencing system.



Reports

  • Hourly, daily, monthly and detailed reports are available for the 976 line activity and administrator activity. 



Data Base Lookup 

  • Function to display an account's data base record on screen with: 
    • Account Number and PIN 
    • Category, Language (*) Time in account, last access, Time Left 
    • Number of accesses, Total Online Time, Time bought to date 
    • Number of messages in mailbox, Account creation date 



Remote upgrades and management 

  • We can install a remote management (on networked system only) that allows for instant updates and maintenance from our location.
